Time Saving Websites
Have you ever felt as though the day is not long enough? I know I do; too much to do and not enough time to do it all. This said, I have compiled some time saving websites to share with you. These are websites that I use all the time and are very useful.
- Google.com – Check out the IGoogle feature, to obtain local news, weather, events, and even gas prices for multiple cities at one time. It can also be used for job searches with Monster.com.
- TimeandDate.com – This site is like a world directory. Here you can find out what time it is in every country, get their international calling codes, aiond calculate distances between major cites in the world. This is great for people who travel and/or work internatnally.
- FlightArrivals.com – Speaking of working internationally or traveling a lot, want to know if your flight is on time? Or if the schedule has changed ? Visit this site and make sure your travel plans are on schedule.
- Farecast.com – Another great site for travelers. Search Priceline, Hotwire, Expedia, and Travelocity at the same time on this site. Also this site shows price predications for flights and hotels, telling you when to get those tickets and when to wait a little while. City mapping is also utilized on this website. Trying to find a hotel in Prague? Type in the city and you can see where hotels are located and their prices.
- ChainOfThoughts.com – This is a good site if you are a student or anyone who needs to write articles and reports. Just enter your subject, or idea, and it will generate a list of related topics.
- Blinklist.com – Have you ever bookmarked a website on your home computer, and then forgot the address once on your work computer? By starting a blinklist account, you can take your saved bookmarks everywhere you go. This is another great website for students and professionals because you can share links with you friends or co-workers.
